We ship from China!
Processing can take anywhere from 1 - 10 BUSINESS days (depending on the size of the order) and 7 - 35 BUSINESS days to arrive once shipped. You WILL receive a tracking number, and expedited shipping options are available if you contact us BEFORE you place your order!
Due to health concerns, lingerie & adult products cannot be returned.
For all orders, we send a link to your local postal service with the tracking number that we provide. The tracking number usually works as soon as the package is scanned, but sometimes what will happen is you will not see any tracking results until it has been passed through customs and scanned in your country. If this happens, please feel free to contact us and we will find the appropriate tracking website for you!
The tracking number has not been updated since it was accepted in China and it's been a few days. What do I do?
Just wait! Sometimes (especially around the Holidays), customs can take longer than average to pass your order through to your country. However, if it has been past the 35 BUSINESS days it can take for your package to arrive, please contact us and we will see what we can do for you!
Sometimes your local postal service may try to deliver, and instead of marking it appropriately when delivery is unsuccessful, they will hold it at the Post Office! If you find you do not see your package, please go down to your local Post Office with the tracking number and inquire about it. If they do not have it, then please contact us and we will see what we can do.
